By booking with Wait Garden you agree to our rates, check-in/out times, and house rules.

Child Policy: Extra Person ( Include extra amenities and Breakfast ) :

1. C hildren 5 – 11 years old will be charged Rp. 75.000,-net/person/day No extra Bed.
2. C hildren above 12 years old will be charged Rp. 125.000,-net/person/day No extra Bed.
3. For adult will be charged Rp 100.000 / person No Extra Bed and with extra bed at Rp 150.000 / Person.

Check in and Check out times:

1. Check-in time is from 2:00 PM (Local Time). Rooms for guests arriving prior to 2:00 PM will be subject to availability.
2. Checkout time is 12:00 noon (Local Time). Any late checkout is subject to the availability. Checkout until 6 PM will result to a half-day room charge. Checkout beyond 6:00 PM will result to a full day room charge.

Billing Arrangement and policy:
• Payment method must be stated at the time of booking. • Payment has to be made by agent before guest check in unless credit facility is approved. In case billing has not been established payment must be made before guest’s checkout. • Credit facilities can be established pending approval of a credit application. Billing terms are 30 days at maximum after receipt of invoice. In case billing has not been established payment must be made before guest’s checkout. • Payment with credit card or payment link will apply additional charge 3%
